  • Submit your Tattoo Services Agreement form at the Studio

BluePunk Tattoo collects your data so we can:

  • Manage your account, if you created one

  • Contact You regarding Your tattoo or consultation appointments

We do not share any of your data with third parties for marketing purposes. When BluePunk Tattoo processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

6. How do we store your data?

  • Digital Data: BluePunk Tattoo securely stores your data on cloud-based sever, Dropbox, which is designed with multiple layers of protection, distributed across a scalable, secure infrastructure. These layers of protection include 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect data in transit between Dropbox apps and their servers, SSL/TSL protected by 128-bit or higher Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption, two-step verification for user log-ins.

  • Physical Data: We store your data in a secure, locked cupboard at the Studio. This location can only be accessed by BluePunk Tattoo staff who have personal keys to both the doors of the Studio and the cupboard.

BluePunk Tattoo will keep your Personal Data (as listed above) for a maximum of six years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our cloud and delete any correspondence you may have sent to Us.

7. Marketing

BluePunk Tattoo do not send any information about products and services, from either Us or any partner companies. Any marketing is strictly delivered via social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) only.

BluePunk Tattoo would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
