Konstrundan opens the doors to hundreds of ateliers, workspaces, and creative studios across Finland each year. During one weekend in September (5th - 6th), professional artists, craftspeople, designers and artist residencies invite the public to explore their working environments and creative processes. Organised annually since 2008, Konstrundan attracts around 400 participants and 30,000 visitors each year.
Scarlet is proud to be part of Konstrundan this year and will be hosting an open studio - and you're invited! Art studios all over the country open their doors to show you their work processes and the resulting art work: from sculpture and ceramics to photography and painting. Our studio will be open all weekend on the 5th and 6th September, everyone is welcome to join us for coffee, snacks, art, networking and conversation about all things creative - welcome!
Scarlet will be painting at the studio, showcasing some completed works, selling art prints and original art and chatting all things art and tattooing! Check out a little painting preview here
